With winter fast approaching, we decided to get Abbie some snow boots so she could play in the snow and "help" Dad shovel. She was so excited that she had to wear them the day we bought them. Then she went to the window and said "Ready for snow, Please!" She had a hard time dealing with the fact that we didn't have any control over the snow.
