While the men went to the Priesthood Session of Conference, the kids and I went to my parents house to dye eggs. Abbie and her cousin Halle really enjoyed "painting" the eggs and placing face stickers on them.

Here are Abbie's Humpty Dumptys. Thankfully none of them fell off the wall.

They also got to make birds nests. My sister Brenda put the nests together then helped the girls use peanut butter to glue the bird and the jelly bean eggs onto it.

Here is a conference weekend tradition we have. For breakfast we make Ebelskivers (pancake balls). There are several ways to eat them, but we enjoy dipping them in butter and then in powdered sugar, white sugar, or cinnamon and sugar.

During the last session of Conference, we let the kids take a nap in the car while we drove up to see the windmills. I was amazed at how big they are. The sad thing was that we picked the one day out of the month that didn't have any wind. So none of the windmills were moving. Oh well! It was still nice to get out of the house and it was a peaceful drive.

To end the weekend, we had a birthday party for Rob's mom. In this picture, Abbie got the girls to do "Super Girl" with her. We had a lot of fun.

The Easter eggs turned out really cute! I hope Hallie will enjoy coloring them as much as I will!
